The story about the Internet and our names is relatable for me. There aren’t many Bill Blumes out there, but there are some. In recent years, I’ve started getting random messages from people asking if I’m the same “Bill Blume” from a 1983 short horror film called “Possibly in Michigan.” It’s gotten annoying enough that when I recently had my website redesigned, I added a mention in my bio that I’m not the actor from that film.
